Why do you wish this? Is it because you feel you are the dominant one as the male and the woman should serve you or something?

I expect her to do her share... whatever that entails.

Currently: I take out the trash, bring in the mail, maintain the vehicles (change oil, etc), balance the budget, and take care of the plants.

Currently: She does the laundry, vacuums, and mends clothing.

We pretty much split the remainder of the household chores 50/50.... including cooking.

I'm earning, she's taking care of the house. Like it should be.

I was alone for this week and realised how much I appreciate her cooking. I cook myself, and have no probs doing it for my family, but it's boring cooking for just for msyelf. :)

It should either be split 50/50 or if both parties dont cook they should order out and split the bill 50/50 in half to the penny. Split even the penny if you have to.

I feel everything should be 50/50 split down the penny all the time. Not one party should have to do more than the other. Everything should be split 50/50, such as chores too. not just money. everything!

I guess it depends on how you were brought up. If througout your childhood and adolescence you had women cooking for you (mother, grandmother) then it's logical that you expect that from a woman. As for me, I love it when she does, and when she doesnt, I order out.

no, but my parents are of a mindset that the woman should do everything: cook, clean, EVERYTHING. Theyre old school. Thankfully im a pretty good cook so i dont expect anything other than a hummer every night.

I rather handle the cooking, she can do baking all she wants though. For housework we are split in an uneven fashion, she typically gets more than I do and she also does more in the yard that is not directly related to the garden.

She does know how to cook though and is more than willing to if I am not up for it or am feeling under the weather.

Lately we have been cooking a lot together, not sure why but it happened and we just keep on doing it.

I just personally love to cook so it does not feel like a chore to me.

thing is, she could burn soup so I happily did most of the cooking as I'm quite good at it.

I have a question about gays. How come so many gays love Madonna , The spice Girls and Kylie Minogue? Cause I like that kind of music and when I went to Spice girls concert there were SO many gays there, even a gay couple in front of me (they were very well dressed and one of the guys had a Louis Vuitton hoodie), and same thing with Madonna, sooo many gays.
