ive been trying to get someone there for a week now.. no ICQ answers, no phone answers.. whats going on? jeez

have you tried email? its a great invention.. Al Gore was part of the founding of it... i get answered at phatservers in a few minutes every time...

unless you know that guy, how do you know he didn't send you e-mails?

I have answered every single email this week. Thats how I know.

Has anyone at Webair support ever heard of an even newer invention called e-mail. It's quite useful too.

You might try checking your support tickets and e-mails from unhappy customers once in awhile in between spamming GFY.

Try to fix what's making your current customers so unhappy with your service before going after more unhappy customers.

Phatservers, on the other hand, always answers support tickets and e-mails within minutes.

I emailed their support on an issue last night about 11 PM and they replied in about 10 minutes ?

I've received answers to support tickets within 30 minutes, even the ones I've sent at 2am. Phatservers rocks :)

This thread just motivated me to sign up for a little $20 virtual account for a couple of little blogs I have been working on starting. Been wanting to move them away from my porn servers in case any of my readers get inquisitive.

Directadmin rocks, hadn't used it before using you guys but wouldn't use anything else now:)

Yeah, I gotta stand up for Phat servers. They put up with me and my anal requests for a server install this week. Their average ticket response via email is about 5 minutes, and we're talking 5 minutes NO MATTER WHAT. Not sure what your problem/issue was.

Ever heard of a thing called email? Not all of us live in the same town let alone country as our host :2 cents:

I too use Phatservers and never had a problem.
e-mails answered quickly.
