What's the point of epass/paypal transfers? NOW REALLY!
 

I don't get it... People asking for/offering epass/paypal transfers? I can do it myself: I get the money from my epass through an ATM using my epass card, then I load my paypal using my CC.

So what's the point of all this?

People who need the money right now and don't want to go to the bank.

People who use paypal and epass as a form of tax evasion and don't want any record on their personal banking records. < I don't recommend this :)

With the amount of scammers out there it has to be risky for both parties involved.

I don't have any credit card, except ePassporte. If i want to buy something online, I can't without a card. I can't load my epassporte card because I dont have a US bank account or another credit card, and it costs a buncha money to do so anyways.

Hence, I from time to time need to get rid of some paypal in exchange for epass funds.

I can't get a physical card to withdraw that's why.

If you need the money instantly, a epassporte/paypal tranfer is the most easy way.

Also,epassporte charges 5&#37; for loading over credit card and that is one of important factors.

paypal only works in a hadful of countries, epass works everywhere

if you are in a country with no paypal but want to pay for say some software which only takes paypal then what do you do?

Man, I can get you a card for online use that's way better than Epass visa (which btw gets declined on too many places). Please tell me, where can you use your Epass virtual visa online? i know Amazon, hostgator, namecheap, and sometimes Paypal accepts it - but not all merchants.

Epass works in my lil shithole...
