Producers and the tube sites
Most tube sites will remove your stolen content from their sites once you send them a copyright infringement notice.
When I visit those tube sites, I see loads of scenes ripped from porn movies, but only few scenes from paysites. I see some rebranded stuff that low-life webmasters upload to boost their sites, but mostly it's amateur movies or scenes from porn DVDs. You obviously can't stop tube sites to show amateur movies. But why the DVD producers and companies don't react on their stolen movies being displayed on tube sites is beyond me. :helpme If only they would react, the tube sites would be bound to amateur content. |

If you see any sites that are Powered By TEVS that are using stolen content, please contact me. I do not accept this and will terminate their accounts if they are stealing and profiting from it.

You can't loose in a copyright infringement case if you hold the copyright. I don't know the movie business. I guess the producer sells his work to a media company, and therefore doesn't care if his movies show up on tube sites. The only reason I can think of why those media companies don't twitch a finger is because they don't care. They must have noticed their content is being spread on the video sites. So it's probably the old porn mentality of just producing more and more. :Oh crap |

Will their copy of TEVS stop working after you terminate their accounts? |

Then there is the issue that the internet is not the US and is not under US law. Some countries do not even honor copyright laws to begin with so you do not even have a case to begin with against the infringers. |
You always have a case against copyright infringers.
Whether you are able to enforce your rights is a different thing. |

Especially if you are doing something stupid like shutting down sites because they expect copyright holder to make complient DMCA notices (if they are in the us) or the non-US equivalent if they are located outside the US. |

For example if i hold a copyright to a song i created and someone uploads it to youtube and a billion people watch it. all they have to do is remove it to be compliant. that doesnt help me the copyright owner recoup the losses of a billion people having downloaded my copyright protected song Could you sue for damages ? yes Would you get them ? dunno but i havent seen it happen yet but i do see alot of copyright content.
