Rumor has it...
...that just days after the bombshell, literally thousands of webmasters have already moved over to Globill. I guess the master plan by the *Big 3* to keep us in the dark until the last minute in hopes of everyone blindly accepting their fate and sticking it out has backfired in an unprecedented mass webmaster exodus.... :glugglug
maybe us webmasters aren't as dumb as we look. :Graucho |
I am still at IBILL.
Problem is that some of our scripting will not work with Globill... |
I fuckin' love you, man! Drink drink drink with Uncle Squishy!

Sucks to be IBill. They should get some merchant banks in other countries.
|
It sucks to be a third party processor. Their way of life is about to change dramatically.

Cause we look so dumb. Maybe we should start a poll. Would have to attach pics of ourselves so everyone could vote on how dumb we look. |

yeah you are as dumb as you look Amputate.
Serge is awake i think, start pissing with him, i like to watch Serge play with his ball of yarn. Lemmings who jump on board GloBill's ship before getting all the information they need to make an educated decision are MORONS. |

Do PSW allow any passthrough variables? |

I don't know how dumb you look but lets look at some facts:
The big 3 processors kept the truth from us for a couple of month to keep people in line but they have worked with us for years. I am pissed but I know them for over 7 years. Glo-Bill comes here and tells us well we don't do this shit. You sign up and give them your money. They knew as long as the others and just took messures to get a big market share but choose also not to tell anyone. I looked at Glo_bill and I find them rather a startup company than an established processor. I don't even find any terms and conditions during the initial sign up process. I think rather looking for a week or 2 and see how things are going and then choosing a processor might be the smartest move. We haven't even seen the requirements for the big processors and you already jumb ship. If might be smart or it might be dumb but without real solid information that I suspect next week to come in I would feel dumb to use a biller that simply uses smart talk here. Any con in the world would be able to smart talk. SO I rather run it a little careful. |
well I am not going to comment "as dumb as we are" statement, but if you really think globill is going to be exempt then you may not be real bright.
People with merchant accounts have been paying this fee for awhile now, now the big third processors are making everyone else pay them. if ccbill and ibill are not special I dont know why you would think gobill is going to be special. just looks like you fell for their advertising gimmick is all. |

The waiter overheard our conversation and introduced himself as a former stock broker. I see lots of webmasters taking similar jobs in the near future. Adult revenues follow the Dow Jones Industrials with a 1 year delay and I think the major drop in revenues is just around the corner. Amutate, wink at me when you wait at my table and I'll make sure that your tip is above average. |
Am just glad I'm not a non USA paysite owner Right now.. The new regulations "MAY" eliminate some competition for paysite's in the "short run". Poeple will find other ways of doing business. And the business they loose they will get it back PLUS. Think about it, say a small guy was charging $ 20.00 per month... After they find a way around the new Visa Reg.'s or with out Visa... How do you think they are going to get that business back... I'll tell you how...That $20.00 per month will go to $15.00 per month.

We tried PSWBilling before but their system is not too compatible with external scripts. |
" Adult revenues follow the Dow Jones Industrials with a 1 year delay and I think the major drop in revenues is just around the corner. "
... from my point of view, it more looks like you were 2 years ahead of the DOW JONES ... |
... sorry man, just couldnīt resist ... but that waiter story ... to right you see many of dot boms working in restaurants now ...

Paycom and CCBill are business as usual from what I understand.
Epoch is on top of shit, as always. |
Don't dismiss how important it is to see how companies treat you or handle you during a major change like this. It's not very surprising that many EPOCH customers especially would be looking to get the fuck outta there.
GloBill still seems to be treating its customers profesionally, and coming across as interested in working something out rather than taking the "bend over and take it" attitude being presented by others. |
the requirement of webmasters needing to setup "camp" in the states is illegal and its only a matter of time before they have to change this rule..... but it still sux
AMP you got my message yesterdaY? Vegas |
