It might work in closed circles, but it would NEVER be real huge around the world, IMO. In some cases I could see such a thing being profitable, but only for certain groups of companies.

Sure, there'd be online checking and dialers and web900, but you will have a hard time finding something to fill the VISA void. At least for the first few years, IMO.
