So you're looking to get a job working for an adult company. We spoke with a handful of employers to see what they're looking for?some of which are even hiring.

"How would someone land a job with your company?"
Avalanche: "Bring something new to the team and help us develop new relationships."
Scott: " Each person should have prior knowledge or bring an advantage, such as geographic sensibility or they've done something profound where we stand to learn from them."
Jay: "Show that you are worthy of the work... and be able to work in-office."
Dwreck: "You have to mesh well with the team... and be willing to work at the Toronto office."
MediaGuy: "Visit our site and use our contact form."
Monty: "For writers, send in samples. Adult experience isn't required but is certainly a benefit."
Kenny: "Prove to me you can make me more money than I'm paying you."

Then we try and get to the bottom of why there are so many conferences in adult. We hear from She Devil from Think Pink Online, Vegas Ken from the Best Porn, Kevsh, HoneLynn from High Def Riches, Rob Waters from Live Bucks and Vic from Kick Ass Pictures.
