anyone use localbilling.com??? are they any good???
 

anyone here using localbilling.com? have been trying for about 10 days to get a sales rep on the phone but no luck. Nor do they seem to be answering my emails. Was considering using them.... but not so sure now. Anyone here have good/bad things to say about them?

I would never knock another processor, but I don't think the lack of response is a good sign when you are trying to become a merchant:2 cents:

I worked with them and they were very reliable. try hitting them up on icq or email

I see them being used by quite a few sponsors, they must be decent

local billing is great... Several people, often larger companies, use them. They customize join forms based on country/billing amounts, translate them, offer other translation services for members/tours, ect.. all for better targeted international billing.

Since they are in Spain, and the Xbiz show is going on, I would give them an extra few days to respond.

Paygea can help you out as well. Our bank supports multi-currency processing and can get you compliant with an EU corp if you reside outside Europe. We provide that service in-house.

We used to use localbilling and Epoch at my prior employment. The localbilling guys are good people.
