NS Cash....WTF is going on with my account?????

I have promoted NS Cash since they opened the doors...
After they changed billing processors a few years ago I re-signed up and was given the affiliate id of 100094
That's been my affiliate id since the summer of 2003.
So I get an email with some hosted galleries in it this week, and I notice that the id in the galleries is 113486 !
I thought they had a glitch in their mailing. So I went to the webmasters area of NS Cash...and MY FUCKING ID HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 113486
And I don't seem to even have any stats from 2003 to 2007 in the webmasters area...but yet my Stats Remote shows my sales with them since 2003 have been $19,174.19!!!! Now I look in their stats area and it shows ZERO for the years 2003 to 2007!!!!
WTF!?!?!?!
I've always promoted them with revshare, so did I just get a cock stuck up my ass????????
I am coming on here because there is no easy way to contact the folks at NS Cash. So if one of them could please get with me immediately I would appreciate it.
If neccessary I will forward my original sign up emails from 2003 when the company was originally with GloBill and when they switched over that summer....in fact here is the header of the "switch over" email:

Why not post on the board listed on the first page of their admin in the bottom right hand corner where all their employees hang-out?

Heywood Jablome 02-06-2008 05:25 PM

Hmm, my emails show a different account id too. I just searched through my nscash emails, on 12/7/07 I got 2 emails - one with the proper link codes and a couple hours later another email with the different code. Since then I've only received the wrong links.

However, it looks like my original id is still tracking, and all of my previous stats are still there.

I sent them this thread, but guessing they are at XBiz...

Hey Robbie,

For future reference, http://www.nscash.com/contact.html is listed on the very top of the toolbar on nscash.com. It's got our toll-free phone #, 8 different icqs and emails.

You have two accounts with NScash. Your 100094 account is active and operational. If you pull the historical data, you will see all your stats and total payout of over $20,000. Are you not seeing this? Were you logging into 100094 or 113486? I can email you a screencap or you can hit me up if you can't access your 100094 account.

Your 113486 is also active but is not being used and thus, has no stats. This ID was assigned from your old reelprofits account when it was merged into NScash, but rest assured everything is still being tracked if there was traffic/signups generating from 113486. We sent out an email last year and made announcement about the merger. We also asked webmasters if they wanted to merge all their accounts under one account. We can still easily do this if you want.

Sorry for the confusion, hope this information helps. Otherwise, feel free to hit me up as well for any more information or clarification.

Probably the most clear cut reply I've ever seen from a sponsor.
:thumbsup

Oh, okay....shit! I felt like I was getting rammed right in the butt without any lube. So the gallery links I got in the mail are no good?
And "no" I can't see my 100094 stuff at all. All of my link codes for NS Cash are now changed to 113486 and I don't seem to have anything at all for 100094
Hit me up on ICQ when you figure it out. Or hell, just hit me up and say "hello" anyway. I didn't see ya in Vegas. :)

Robbie 02-06-2008 05:41 PM

Almost forgot...I didn't even notice the contact link you're referring to. I went straight into the webmasters area and all it has is that old "ticket" system for contacting help. I used that back at the end of 2006 and it damn near drove me nuts. Good to see you have some real contact info posted now. Maybe you should stick it in the webmasters area for dumb asses like me. :)
