What are the TM/legalities issues of running a youporn clone type site?

1 - it has "youporn" in the domain name and it looks very similiar to you porn. Does this site infringe on youporn TMs? or does it not matter?

2 - I got a youporn clone type script but am not sure if this is something to pursue or not due to legal repurcusions...
