I heard that along with the registration forms and the fees, that they are also requiring you to pass a complete physical, submit a DNA sample for archiving in the master Visa database, and report to one of their facilities for cranial microchip implantation before you can be approved for processing. That way, if you hit the magic chargeback ratio or have a url denied, they can remotely terminate your life and get on with REAL business without skipping a beat.
