That looks more like 3d rendering. Your hentai, anime, etc is still mostly or always done by hand

so i would need an orginal picture then for them to work with ?


I don't have an orginal so I guess I would need someone that would be doing it by hand ? Anyone here do this, what kind of ball park i am looking at for cost ?

What you showed is not a toon as such but a 3D model that's been rendered down to an image. There's a guy here who does those types of things ... but of course, it depends if that's exactly what you mean... :)
