Las Vegas based TRM Entertainment, LLC is actively seeking a Gallery Submission Director.

We are looking for a director to take charge of in house gallery submissions and meticulously deal with multiple outsourced gallery designers and submitters.

The director will be responsible for:
- Strategic campaign management / working within a monthly budget to optimize ROI based on new and existing conversion data.
- Ensuring that outsourced employee obligations are met on a weekly basis.

Skills required:
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript (working knowledge)
- BONUS: PHP & relational database experience

Experience required:
- Extreme organizational skills are a must.
- Communication is extremely important (end of day progress reports should be posted on our extranet for review).
- Adobe Photoshop or other image manipulation software.
- Adobe Premiere or other video manipulation software.
- Extensive knowledge & understanding of TGPs & MGPs, recips, partner accounts, etc.
