looking for video program

I'm looking for a program that will let me dump a bunch of wmvs into, and it will re-encode them all for me at once, rather than one at a time.
Any suggestions?

Guys, what I want to do is dump a bunch of different clips into it, and wake up in the morning with them all done for me.

Again... Any decent editing program will do that. I know Vegas does.
