What does someone make on that transaction, $.30 or so?

$400 epass would cost $20 to load from a CC, in addition the guy doing it has to pay paypal about 3-4%... so all up he's looking at about $35 in fees. $415 for $400 sure sounds like a good deal. :warning :helpme

For the last time. It's 415 after fees. Jesus, now I wonder why most of you couldn't cut it in school.

Doesn't change that the going rate is about 10% which puts your deal $25 short.
