I have a few questions on this Visa Thing...
 

I have read alot of these threads, but Im still unclear on a few things...

a> If we use 3 processing companies, do we have to pay $750 x 3?
* If we do have to pay 3 times, does that mean we have 3 Visa accounts?

b> Do the 3rd party processors have any safeguards in place to prevent *asshole* surfers from 'beating the system' with fake charges?

c> What responsiblities do 3rd party processors have in this new arrangement?

d> We will be able to get information on WHO chargedback WHAT rather than just taking the processors word for it.

e> Will all processors share a GOOD fraud database to make sure the *asshole* surfers dont run all over the place charging up fake charges?

f> Since these new rules will put the responsiblity on website owners, will the processing rate drop?

g> Is it true the surfers credit card statement will have our URL on their bill?

I have more but lets get these answered first.... Feel free to chime in....

A> Yes you have to pay three times and no you will get one account. If you get killed with one processor you will get killed with all three of them.

B>They say they do, so lets asume that they are telling the truth.

C> None what so ever. If things go wrong you are responsible and youre account with VISA will get killed not theirs.

D> CCBILL has that information available in its reports. I don't know about the other ipsp's

G>No. The creditcard statment will have the name of the ipsp + your sponsered merchant code with that ipsp on the bill
