Small dedicated server urgently needed
 

Hello, after simplecom.net / m3server.com total crisis we need urgently small dedicated server with parametres

- 1 mbps bandwith or 300 GB traffic
- 512 kB RAM
- 40 GB HDD
- unix based, custom cron, .htaccess
- 30 domains and subdomains
- several huge SQL databases

(SQL is reason why it cannot be hosted on shared account, peaks could slow other applications. Fast processor is not needed.)

- basically managed and 24/7 tech support

(We do not have any special wishes but when host network collapses i expect support reaction in few hours and not in 2 days as with m3server)

- no problem with legal adult BDSM content
- 96% uptime guarantee

(means if web is totally unreachable, sql peaks are our problem, but if host will have 36 hours long total downtimes, i will not pay for that month)

Do you have any advice who is interested and with well reputation in doing job with the smallest dedicated customers?

Most important for us is:

I share your pain dude. I was hosting with hostican and while downtimes were pretty bad, ridiculously bad support was unbearable. I switched over to mojohost 2 months ago. During initial 2 days I had an hour down time each day, because of some log files that grew big and prevented proper execution of websites. Once these were sold, my site's been running like a charm. Support is second to none, these guys know what they're doing and servers are fast and no downtime for 2 months.

Well, after 2 days we moved most critical applications to nakedhosting.com

Yes, i know it is too soon to tell final judgement and you never know what will happen next month on internet anywhere. But. I just want to share with you my surprise how easily it goes and how fast our applications at nakedh are. I lived in opinion i would have to pay at least $500 monthly for such good customer service and fast connectivity 2 days ago. Now we got it for $79. I was first uncertain if to take them when i heard they setup FTP accounts, domains, dbases, crons etc. via their customer service because we have lots of them and the structure is complicated. But they set up everything till now without any simple error, i made 2 mistakes in giving correct info. Great level of all their techs. Now i think it might be very clever to make techs all setup work - they know all servers very well on the contrast of companies where the techs are few months without any work and then you contact them in serious trouble and they even do not know they host your server :-) Owner pays them nearly same money in both cases because they need high qualification in both, if i understand the key. And thats what i like at most on people from adult - i can learn from you many cool marketing ideas which can be modified for other bussiness.
