Question for GloBill
As of last week, I was going to call you guys at the end of this month to set you guys up as my primary billing company. I just completed my LLC paperwork and expect it to be signed off within three months.
Let's say I had it expedited for the extra 35 bucks and was ready to start processing next week. I am sure there are quite a few lurkers on the board who are in the same situation. Since I am brand new to the business I am not prepared to quit the day job yet and go at this full time until I KNOW I can support myself. Hence a merchant account with the due customer support is not an option for me. Why should I go ahead and start billing with you now as opposed to sitting this out for the 90 days it normally takes for my paperwork to go through or just save those three months to pay the fee? I don't see why I shouldn't at least wait to see what Visa is going to do about you three months from now. Are you going to give me something IN WRITING saying that I will not nor EVER WILL be expected to pay my initial $750 dollars ($350 yearly recurring) as of the current Visa regulations? I think many newbies heads are spinning. You seem pretty confident, your resonses to the other billing companies has to date been superb and professional. This is just business and this is what it will take to get me to use you as my SOLE PROCESSOR now. My only other option I have decided is to wait 3-6 months down the road from now when it may look like another processor might look better than you. Once again, I would like to know the answer to these questions as I am sure many other newbies are. |
