Canceled or Cancelled?
Your subscription was canceled.
Your subscription was cancelled. Which one is correct? If both are, which would you use? :Oh crap Damn english :1orglaugh |

google the two versions and then most likely the more popular is the correct one edit: cancelled would be the one here using this example "got cancelled" Results 1 - 10 of about 379,000 "got canceled" Results 1 - 10 of about 157,000 |

Although both are accepted, or now correct, the traditional spelling is cancelled!
It's the same as colour, flavour etc et cetera! Many English words were butchered by Americans. If you use color, I suggest sticking with your accepting the incorrect form and use canceled. |
