Hey Processors What about Niche Sites
1) I have a question for the processors. Most of my sites have the word teen or schoolgirl in them. All over 18 of course but does these new regs mean that VISA can decline me just because it doesn't like my domain name?
If so , 2)Can I have all my orders done on a domain name called for instance blah.com with my teen domains pointing into it or would I still have to list the teen domains in what gets reported to visa. 3) What odds would you give me for haveing a site like nudeteens.com for instance be approved. 4) what about revenue share partners I have that have there own little tours on thier own domain names but THEY point back to my order page.. Do they all need to be reported too? thanks |
Visa cannot tell you which domains can point at your processing domain because you don't know what domains are pointing at your site. On the internet, anyone can link to you that wants to, that means that you don't have control over who links to you, right?
Think of the sites that link to eBay or Yahoo or Google - they have no control over that and you have no control over what sites link to your site. |
i am very curious about these matters as well, not in the instance of 'teen' or 'lolita' material, but other niches... does anyone know if VISA is actually planning on logging into each site to do some sort of morality inspection, or just going by actual domain names, as exampled above... "blah.com" would not be scrutinized under a microscope, but "littlegirlsinchains.com" would be flagged immediately for inspection? any other info about this side of the new dilemna?
