possible recession and this bizz - affect
 

hey all

i'm a noob, just getting started, gonna try blogs and tgp's (yes I realize tgp's are on their way out) but need something going soon / fast. may have to hit someone up for some memtoring at some point, and just figure it out with them.

question:
how will the economic environment in the US affect this business? I'm assuming that they're a large market?? I mean housing is obvoiusly f#$king everything up right now, big oil is still raping north america (exxon $40 bill ++ profit), and all of us poor shmoe's who are just trying to survive are getting hosed more and more each day.

so, how much do you think that will take away from the $87 / month that the average porn consumer spends??

i would guess if we have a short, shallow recession like in 91 and 01 there won't be much effect. If we have a recession like 81-82 we could see some effect.
