Anyone actually sue for stolen content yet?

Just saw more of my content being used & am over. Wondering if it makes sense to sue at this point.

Should research first where the company is, you don't want to be suing in

There are LOTS of companies that have sued and won. Millions of dollars awarded. You have to figure out if it's worth it though. Suing some 20 year old living in grandma's basement doesn't make sense... unless he has a HUGE trust fund or something - you get the idea.

Finding your stolen content probably sucks, but I think sometimes all you can do is send an email and request they take it down. Suing isn't really the best option in every situation.
