Two main drawbacks to free firewood.
 

1. Fresh (heavier).
2. Stacking.

3. Carrying a couple pieces at a time on a motorcycle.

That is what saddlebags are for.

Guess I should be happy they brought it here . . . of course, if I had to go get it myself I would probably blow it off.

and using one hand so you can take pics with the other :)

I have about two cords, so no, I do not store it in the house . . . although I am sure the dog wishes I did.

Get a gas fireplace. It's nice. Much easier than wood.

You probably barbecue with gas too, right?
