PSW Eases VISA Rules & Announces New Services
RHODE ISLAND, USA - October 4, 2002 - PSW today announced new services in response to updated VISA regulations. The new rules, which include an initial registration fee of $750 and an ongoing annual registration fee of $375, will be required of all Sponsored Merchants who wish to accept VISA Credit Cards as a form of payment. (For details on these regulations, please visit the new PSW website at www.pswbilling.com). In an ongoing commitment to keeping options open for clients and other industry merchants, PSW unveiled the following service updates and additions: ePaymentPro, a complete online billing solution, will allow clients to accept Online Checks, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, and JCB. The registration fees will be required for continued service provisions. ePaymentLite, an economical online billing solution, will allows clients to accept Online Checks, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, and JCB. There will be no registration fee, no setup costs, and no periodic maintenance fees. In addition, PSW is working to ease this transition and restated its commitment to adult webmasters and merchants. "We will provide options for everyone, whether you want to pay the fees or simply offer alternate payment methods," said John Lombardi, PSW's CEO. "Unlike numerous peers, PSW will not be raising rates for current and potential clients? We see these changes as part of a ongoing transition to superior payment methods and will work to make the adjustments painless for our clients." Isn't this the chick who was running around here yesterday claiming these new VISA rules meant nothing to PSWBilling because they'd prepared and has all these foreign banks set up to do business with?
Sounds to me like a whole different story today. And Glo-Bill ain't getting around the rules either, not without risking their clients businesses. I'd sure hate to get on VISA's shit list by trying to do an end around their new regulations. Cuz once you're on the shit list, Sayanora for good. |
Sexpress... PSW has a "presence" in all required regions, therefore we are able to process for all international clients. The only thing that is really changing are the fees that Visa is now requiring.
