Design Manager - Web Design Department

MaxCash, a leader in the adult online entertainment industry, is looking for a Design Manager to oversee our web design department. Position will be Full Time. Telecommuting considered.

Must be self-motivated with a high attention to detail and be able to manage multiple ongoing projects. Must have excellent team collaboration skills with the ability to provide creative direction and critique to a team of designers.

Primary Responsibilities:


* Manage creative projects from concept to completion
* Coordinate, oversee and approve work of other graphic designers, internal or contract
* Use graphic design technology and computer software to produce modern, eye catching designs and layouts including member sites, affiliate promotional tools, search engine pages
* Proactively seek information and product knowledge
* Collaborate with technical and other departments


Leadership Skills:

* Detail oriented, with clear focus on big picture objectives
* Strong project management and organizational experience/skills
* Advanced ability to analyze, prioritize, assign projects and define and drive schedules
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements:

* Previous management experience preferred
* Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications
* Advanced knowledge of Professional graphics/interactive software
* Comprehensive knowledge of Flash
* Advanced knowledge of coding in HTML/CSS, PHP
* Strong knowledge of typography, information and interaction design
* Knowledge of image optimization
* PC platform required



Must be comfortable working with all types of adult nude content; including male, female, fetishes, etc.

I would imagine that would depend on experience and things like that. If you think you might be interested email Aly and ask questions :)

I cannot understand how people can ask stuff like this on a message board. Don't you think this is something that should be discussed personally, between the the candidate and employer? Even then, you cannot ask the employer "what budget they have in mind".


Some people just dont get it.
