Content is King

Surfer is king.

It depends what type of paysite, niche and how good you want it. Plus what kind of package you offer the surfers. And the biggest cost in the start is content.

Small site you drive your own traffic to and buy non exclusive content it could be done for $5,000 at a squeeze. Thinking 50 scenes here. Could be less.

20 scenes of exclusive unique content shot well with good models, $200,000 could be a fair figure and if you want to do something very special go up from there.

How much does a car cost? Clapped out Buick or top of the range Lamborghini?

Just talking to a guy who said "Unique content on a paysite is a winner."

I replied, "So why do so many sites all have the same scenes on?"

I was talking about the same scene, not the same girl same action scenes.

The answer was "Few people have the money or balls to pay for it."

It takes a computer with internet connection and very very basic html skills.
Now to make a profitable paysite... that takes some doing.

You could make a paysite for free if you wanted to.
