YOUR perfect WordPress blog theme?
 

What features would your perfect WP blog theme have? Color schemes (light, dark?), columns, overall theme? What about the price? Is the level of support you receive after purchase important to you?

*NOT the same old tired blue
*widget ready
*easily customizable/replaced graphics
*sidebars on the right
*link lists broken down into categories (I swear to god, I've seen maybe only three themes with this built in to take advantage of the blogroll categories in WP
*predominantly white background
*sexy, yet generic shiny graphics
*perky, happy colors (shades of red, pink, jolly/not depressing purples, oranges that aren't overwhelmingly bold)
*two or three columns with built-in ad space

what do you charge for custom theme. What would you charge to modify existing theme?

Customs are generally around $199-$249 and of course come with a full service and satisfaction guarantee (free modifications, color changes, upgrades, support etc for life)

As far as modifying an existing theme...it depends. It could be free.

- 100% Valid XHTML/CSS
- Proper use of Headings
- Obviously ALT (to validate) and descriptors, if applicable in the theme itself
- Content first coding structure, if applicable
