CCBILL...can we please get an update on the missing email situation????

It's been over 2 weeks and I'm still only getting about 1 in 5 sign-up or denial emails. I'm tired of calling and having the reps say "I haven't heard anything about it" - Please fix it or tell me what the hell is going on.
