Hey Yall,

I'm trying to see if my host is living up to their name


If you have a fast download connection 15-Mbits or Higher...

Please start a download of this 100MB file. Let it run for about 20 or 30 seconds and then look at your DL Speed and post it here.

Please remember to state if your number is MegaBytes, MegaBits or KiloBits

Also, Please let it run for at least 20-30 seconds before you record your speed because I'm looking for the SUSTAINED Download speed.

Speeds on Startup are plenty fast... but transfers on my end always slow down to like 0.7 MegaBytes/second ... And THAT SUCKS

BTw this file is full of tranny porn

1.2-1.4MB/s from USA (two locations), around 300kB/s from Amsterdam - all 3 tests from 100Mbps links.

I was getting roughly 1.00 MB per second. Not bad if you ask me.

I need a bunch more tests... Please test when you have a minute.

Other hosts are coming in over 2.1 MBytes/second

Not impressive

From kana-duh I got about 600kbps and my downloads usually cap out at roughly a megabyte per sec, so you've things to improve ;)
