paypal debit card question...
 

I know there is a limit of $400 USD per day spending limit or cashing out of the ATM. I got a new card from them and on the first day I was able to cash out of the atm the $400 (or around $600 CAD) its been like 4 days since than, and I still cant get any cash out of the atm (Keeps saying "transaction cancelled"), even though I still have a VERY hight balance on my paypal account.

any ideas what i'm doing wrong ??

make sure your phone number on your account is active,I had this problem the other day...When money has never been withdrew out of the ATM and all of a sudden off of a new card $400(the limit) is taken out, they get suspicous...You have to call the paypal debit card line,its on the back of the card I believe...More than likely they just put a block on your card until you call and verify its you using it

They blocked mine too in the beggining, I called them and they took it off on the spot.

The guys are right,

They call your phone number on file to confirm the withdrawal.
Until they hear from you, they freeze you out.
