#2 Launching our Control Panel this week
#3 Launching Internap Bandwidth for same price as Cogent this week

Just thought I'd let everyone know since we had a number of problems this past week. Techs are now Uni, Guy, Tyler, Lawrence, Johnathan, Myles, and Andre (Swampfox). We are moving support to a Live Person Client this next week and will most likely junk the support ticket thing, as many people where not to happy with it.
