girlsoutwest.com has been around for a while now, some of you may be promoting us. If you are not, and you like what you see, feel free to get in touch :-) (We have recently laucnched our CCBill affiliate program)

We are a small site who are kind of winging it and learning things as we go. Last year we experimented a bit with adwords. We handled it all inhouse and our major conclusion was that we did not really have the expertise to properly setup, manage or judge if what we were doing was successful or not.

So we are looking for an adwords expert who can assist us with a new, and very specific campaign.

What we also want to achieve is to put in place some way to conclusively measure performance of the campaign, some way that we can measure and attribute traffic and joins to the adwords campaign.

I'm no tech guru so forgive me if some of these expectations are not realistic, we'd be looking at taking the advice of the expert we choose.

We are based in Australia. We dont mind where in the world you are but would prefer the bulk of our communication to be done during our own business hours (GMT +11). I'll usually be online evenings as well so if you see me on ICQ you'll normally be able to catch me.

Pay would be based on expertise and the time involved in the project and will be discussed directly with people who are interested.

Ideally we'd want someone with a good reputation amongst their peers and who could provide some references and examples.

To do campaign checking you just use a campaign ID in your Adwords link... Is this really rocket science?

V_RocKs: no You're right, but it does get tricky if You still want it flying in a viable way ;)

PS The new campaign is not one aimed at any usual keywords like teen etc. It's very specific, singular in theme basically with just a few variations on spelling etc.
