webair and ccbill issues - anyone else?

i got off the phone today yelling at ccbill about them writing to the password file at webair.. they tell me it is a problem with webair . they said "ccbill says webair is passing a non ascii character back to ccbill in the response and they are aware of the problem and we are not the only customer having this issue"

i have spent days between ccbill and webair support trying to get this fixed...
is anyone else hosting with webair and using ccbill on this board having this same problem as ccbill has told me we are not alone in this.. just trying to get answers and support from both sides are not much help

at first they had said they had fixed the problem but it has continued and then the support guy i have on it now says he has never heard of the problem..

dean from ccbill says he has spoken to webair about it before... i just want it fixed

all because ccbill says webair is passing a non ascii character back to ccbill in the response

we had alotof problems with the last host.. so far everything with webair has been great .. but this

I am afraid Dean was correct in his assessment and that should certainly resolve the situation. CCBill and Webair have worked together on many occasions and as far as I know there hasn't been any situation we could not resolve. If you would like we would be happy to get a conference call going so we can sort this out for you.

dreamhost or the equivalent ... you can only move up ... when you are that low...

Do you have webairs new security system installed, maybe this is causing an issue ?

ztik 01-29-2008 10:11 AM

Why do you have secure data on a shared server?

Jensen 09-30-2008 01:19 PM

I'm with webair and ccbill and have never heard of the problem myself...
