The fact that it took 4 years to get it done gradually shows the level of patience the guy had and the healthy progression he took, without using any shortcuts. It's quite a feat in my book.

its possible with in 2 years to achieve that results. when I was lifting, i was able to do that within a year, minus the tan. But the my body fat was already at 11 percent naturally. I can't wait to go back and get started again. Just depends on how regimented you are with your workout, what you eat and dedication.

Most of the fat ass bastards on this board would be happy with the before pic body
