Novak: Obama will appoint Edwards as AG
I didn't see this posted here. What do you guys think? Good or bad for adult?
Edwards seems like the type of guy who would be too busy taking down big business than to bother with porn. http://www.nationalledger.com/artman...72618493.shtml The writer below doesn't see that happening due to a lack of prosecuting experience (he doesn't address Obama's "experience is a bad thing" campaign style), but says Walter Dellinger III is Hillary's choice for AG. Anyone know something about him? Apparantly he worked under Janet Reno, so that is one plus. http://www.motherjones.com/mojoblog/...s_v_delli.html |
I would expect that if Obama gets the nomination, he would try to get Edwards as vice president. AG seems like a dumb choice as edwards would be the perfect VP for him.
|
Democratic AGs are always too busy with real issues to bother with trying to be the Christian morality police.
|
I would think this is good for the porn industry. Edwards would make his name going after shady companies, not porno. Democrats historically don't bother with obscenity prosecutions.
|
I am fine with the current AG but whatever
|
and Shitvak got this info from where?

By the why I TOLD YOU SO. I told you that Fred wouldn't do shit. |
Edwards wouldn't be a good VP. Obama will need a real hatchet man as VP and Edwards refused to fill that role as Kerry's running mate.
Does anyone really listed to Novak anymore? I heard that Edwards' people reached out to Obama to make a deal and they rejected him. All of that being said, Edwards would make a good AG. There would be a WHOLE LOT of investigations of corporations like Wal Mart and their union busting activities, a WHOLE LOT of enforcement of the equal housing laws and EEOC laws. |
