So why did you leave or get expunged from BlueFly? I'm just curious about your background. Your "About" page didn't really give much info about your actual "experience", other than you used to work with BlueFlyAdult. It doesn't say for how long, or what level you were there? Would they give you a good reference? How long have you and your "partners" been designing in adult? Can you show some examples of works that you did while under the employment of BlueFlyAdult, ie, ones that are in their portfolio? LionsTerritory.com has only been registered a year, which makes me curious about all of this.

We left because of the different views on how a design studio should develop, what's more important and when... So because of the management in one word.

Actual experience - 3 years - from the very start of BlueFly Project, and even 2-3 months earlier... So we have been designing in adult for 3 years already!

Levels. I was a sales director in BlueFly and now I'm a sales director in Lions Territory. So my level is the same. Designers are the same, except 1 - so all of them have huge experience in adult design. We have a new coder, experienced in html and CSS. We have the same artist working with us - his works you'll see in the folio.

As for the references - I doubt BlueFly will give them, cause at the present moment we're rivals. But if you need references - ask people who bumped this thread and they will recommend us I'm sure.

Well, we have not so many new works in our folio - so just compare the 2 folios to see what's ours.

Actually not so many works would have been left in BlueFly folio if we had insisted on removing the works of our present designers from their folio. And you can easily check this simply comparing 2 folios.

Even not a year - we registered on 15th of August 2007... So only several months, but results of our job speak for themselves I suppose... If X-Biz had a nomination category "Break Through of The Year" or something like that - we could have been nominated as well :thumbsup

All this post sounds like an interview... And I even start to suspect you in posting this upon someone's request... Am I right?

whats with all the designer stuff lately.

people go to design companies, get skills, use their names, get some client contacts, and bounce off and do their own thing with the client lists.

i know of 3 big design houses that have been fucked by rogue designers in the last few years. if i owned a design house, i'd def make these fuckers sign docs, or lock them into contracts and create some form of control, or you gonna keep getting fucked.

Actually it's not like that. The previous project was started as a partnership and when time passed we turned out to be working for 1 person - and that's not what we expected - so we had to leave, cause we're not slaves.... So your phrase "fucked by rogue designers" is far from truth... cause without our work the previous studio would hardly have existed or achieved its results.

The main idea is to get all the staff of the studio to be interested in results of their work... in doing their best to produce a better site and be referred to as great company to work with...

Contracts are a good idea for sure, but still many things depend on the people's personal traits of character and the staff of every company should be reliable... And it will be if everyone in the company is interested to work hard and sees the point of working hard and keeps all the goals of the company in mind. That's how it works now in Lions Territory.

And again I suspect that you're posting not your thoughts here...
