Anyone know how to get intouch with them?

we have a preamy account and my guy has been submitting galleries for like a month. not a single hit, no gallery rejection emails, no replies to any of our emails about what if anything is wrong.

basically nothing, like they take money and thats it.

They won't answer your emails unless you are somebody.

I think you are allowed to chargeback either or stop the recurring billing.
