lost users in "mysql" database during migration
 

I lost the users in my "mysql" mysql database during migration. I just copied the "mysql" directory over to the new server and the users and user permissions do not exist. Does that information exist somewhere else?

I can manually recreate each of them, but that is prone to human error.
