I already have two accounts (nova and EFS) they are not considered High risk
I have a call into NOVA to see what I have to do to process porn

The 3rd party billers will cook up all kinds of horror stories to keep you from seeking your own merchant account, and some have even resorted to threats and calling their own clients idiots, because of course, it's not in their best interest for you to seek your own merchant account.

I also have EFS for my retail account. When I asked my rep about porn he just laughed!
