This happened the other day. 10/1 , just west of the cities.

I hit a deer once when I was living in Norway.
It was a bit smaller than this one.
It was in the middle of winter, and this thing came running out in front of my car.
I hit it in the ass, and I swear, it bounced like 10 meters (30 feet?) right into the forest again, landed on its feet, and just ran off. Man, never seen anything bounce that hard.
Had to get a hunting team to come out and kill it.

I've actually heard that the deer scuicide rate in Wayzata is up about 35% in the past 2 years ... :eek7

And the rates of suicide are rising each year for the poor deer in Wayzata Minnesota. With the taste of Venison being so great, people are neglecting beef in Wayzata. A few deer were not available for comment. Their lying low these days. With the threat of human terrorism these deer are facing dire times these days folks.
