- 23k - And I present the GFY method for loosing weight/getting in shape!!!!!! (PICS)

<--- Another k added.

Anyway... the last 4 months I have worked out 4 times every week, and lost some weight. I hate jogging and that stuff, and I never get to drag my ass to the gym. So I bought a indoor bike, and some good tv shows! And it works perfect!

Just sit in front of the tv, and ride for 40 mins.. :)

robfantasy 01-27-2008 12:01 PM

yes exactly.. i do the same thing. i tivo the shows i like, and then watch 2 shows for an hour and fast forward the commercials

i also use a thermogenic + ephedrine so i pedal very very slow and still burn massive calories

i also use www.themeltbelt.com to burn an extra 600 calories

this is my hardcore training routine.. i do this to lose massive weight after i splurge on food and alcohol during the holidays

300$ for a good one here in Norway, but EVERYTHING is expencive here in norway, so i bet you can get it much cheaper.

hehe, does stuff like that really work?
Them must have little to no effect... Right? :S

MetaMan 01-27-2008 12:32 PM

I have a Precor elliptical and i love it, i just toss up some video games on my projector and run for an hour,

lost over 55 pounds in about a year and a half and feel + look amazing.

i was always insanely good looking but now i am built like a stud, women come to me and ask me to kiss their hand and they drop to the ground like i was a preacher and i healed them from a disease via gods power.

candyflip 01-27-2008 12:35 PM

I am currently hooked on Battlestar. Seems like a good choice for ripping off a few miles on the bike.

Well, since I never stopped eating all the junk I do, I have only lost 3kg (6,6 lbs).

I will start eating helthier soon. Cant look like a whalerus on the beach. lol

That'd be unhealthy.

You really shouldn't lose any more than 2 pounds a week - at most - if you're planning to keep it off and give your body the ability to properly adjust.

SImply from eating right, I lost 4kg in a week. Better off getting the eating habits in check IMO :2 cents:

GrouchyAdmin 01-27-2008 04:02 PM

That doesn't look like meth to me.

true.

and no need to get a high priced indoor machine.

a cheap walmart bike and this works just the same:
http://www.agees.com/cycleops/Magneto.htm

and when the snow melts you take the bike back outside.

30 mins/day on bike, + 15mins/day on bowflex will give you
a toned physique and flat belly.

and proper diet, read this book if you want to live a long time
and be healthy:

swimming or cycling as a recreation + labrada charge combined with l-carnitine does wonders for me...

Give yourself more than that or you'll be sorely dissapointed. Depending on your physical fitness levels now it could take you 6 months to lose that much weight.

EuroRev_Stacey 01-28-2008 03:30 AM

Congrats on your 23k and goodluck of course to your weight-loosing goal :)

Antonio 01-28-2008 03:36 AM
