This situation would be treated different if it was a 13 year old (willing) girl and an older male.

The Associated Press doesn't say the boy was raped. It looks more like romance between young boy and teacher. Apparently the teacher got a baby and the boy is the father. Classic story.

Depends on where it is - when I was growing up in a hoity toity neighborhood, all the kids - male and female - were required to take dance lessons. This was because of cotillions and debutante balls. Granted, the ballroom dancing only lasted the first 15 minutes at ANY dance before demands for "cool" music were given into. :upsidedow
