"It's all I could to do...." - I hate that expression.
 

Someone was just saying "It was all I could do to hold on!"

What was all you could do?? What is this magical "it" of which you speak?
What's wrong with "I could barely hold on!" It's shorter. Easier. Makes more sense.

Sorry, it's Sunday morning. I'm not sleeping in, so I'm here ranting. I just hate that dumb ass expression.






Oh, and for those of you who reply by using that expression, shhhh.
