I've never actually heard it, been running flashblock since the "Shoulda used quickbuck" banner in late 2003.

Duke does have the best content in the niche though.

DukeDollars indirectly steal money from other sponsors: their banner is so annoying, lots of people install all kinds of flash and ad blocking plugins.

This results in lowered banner views for all other programs that advertise on this board.

Well atleast beacuse of it surfing gfy is faster since i dont see banners anymore :)

Yes I will remember Duke Dollars, but attached to that is the memory of that annoying as fuck banner.

Exactly the same situation as a rep bugging you on icq or email or even GFY every hour/day/week to try their program.
