Well, you have nothing to lose. You can still run the current version if you don't trust the beta :)

i just think something as common as mobile access should be included with software like this, especially when another piece of software that does the same thing (that is free) already has mobile access

even if you all just set it up so that it uploads a web page with the current stats on it, that would be great

There's no stats software that runs on mobile devices (yet). We're working on it though :)

From the feedback we got I can say that most people are not really interested in 'mobile access' if this means that they have to leave the software running on their computer at home or in their office. That's why we're working on a real mobile solution :)

I'm looking forward to this new version. Do you have a release date for it yet?

Corona 01-27-2008 12:59 AM

StatsRemote $29.99 a month

24" iMac $2299.00

Tossing windows machine into the garbage. Priceless.

The MAC version was just what i needed.. only reason why i had VMWARE installed :thumbsup Until now the OSX version works fine.. seems that it's parsing faster than the pc version as well.

Well trying it out. Getting errors as far as correct stats now though. This years stats is showing 2,000 higher than all time stats lol :error Ill try to rerun them and see if it just had a weird import. CCBill for merchant is the one that is off, but all the stats are off a little bit. But that is the largest error.

TheSenator 01-27-2008 11:40 AM

Can we get nice colorful pie graphs?

Year to Year Comparisons.

Month to month comparisons.

You're probably looking at the forecast column instead of the actualy income column. Your actual income is displayed the the '$$$' column.

This would also explain why this year's stats (forecast) are higher than your all time stats (forecast). The all time stats are calculated from Jan 1, 2003 till today and the all time forecast until the end of this year.

More advanced graphs are in the works and should be included in the release version.

Hmm ya doesnt show "actual" money amount unless you open it in full mode, or at least not in compact. Since it starts in Compact mode by default you might want to change that. Have it open in full as default. I didnt see any option when installing that changed it unless I missed it and checked compact by mistake.

StatsRemote starts in 'Standard' mode by default unless you change it to 'Compact' manually. Also, even in 'Compact' mode the '$$$' column is dispayed unless you remove the column manually.

It's great to be able to run SR on my Mac. There's no other similar package for the Mac so it's a very easy decision to use it.

96ukssob 01-27-2008 03:00 PM

thanks for the quick reply. I'll install them today :thumbsup

Unified Stats has a mobile solution now, but I don't use it.. Fuck paying $40 extra month for 7 megabytes of internet usage on my blackberry.. :P I might try it if we had a decent data package here in Toronto.

Why is leaving the software running an issue? I always leave my stats tool running...

I e-mailed, I'm interested in comparing this with US and seeing if I want to make the switch

You've got mail :)

Unified Stats does not run on mobile devices. You can just set it to upload your reports to your server via ftp.

From the feedback we've got I can say that most people want a real mobile solution, i.e. a software that actually runs on their mobile devices. For example, when they are on the road they want to check their stats without the need to have their computer running at home or in their office. However, if there's a demand for a 'mobile solution light', we can implement that as well :)
