I just saw an episode of Judging Amy, saying that Sweden does not have a social services or structure like America, and if a 13 yo boy was sent back from the US where he had committed a crime, he would most probably just be put in the army, and that Sweden has been at war for over 50 years.

Is that in any way how America sees Sweden ???
