It's in their terms.
I had one way back.
Same deal.... sucks
It's 1x a day fee or something like that
Dumped it for T-Mobile prepaid

Their prepaid plans don't take a buck each day you use it

only advantage of a go phone would be that all of your closest friends and family use at&t, in which your calls would be free...

Other than that, gophone is a waste...
