It doesn't make sense that a website gets the same amount of traffic everyday.
My web site traffic makes no sense in the real world of stats.
The amount of traffic is random, if it's not daily bookmarks. The traffic should peek and fall based on the mood of the surfers right? Why do I see the almost exact same level of traffic everyday? |
Because 5 hits is 5 hits is 5 hits.

I didn't ask how many hits it would take to bring down one of those servers in your sig. :1orglaugh |
Organic search listings usually bring herd-like predictability in traffic numbers.
If it's in the SE's that could be why. |
some sites have stable traffic

I still don't see why the SE herd would be so steady. Seems like one day no one would be interested and another day a lot may be interested. Do you think the SE may actually change rank during the day to affect the traffic? I don't think they do but that would be a very easy task for them. |
people are robots, monday they are up huge, friday they are worn out.. sunday they sleep.... viscious circle.... it doesnt change, just the faces do, but we dont see them, so why does this matter?

I just don't see any reason why the same number of people would search on "free pussy" every day and then go to the same exact site every time. You search, click one the first listing, then come back the next day and click on a different listing....at least it would seem. |

A few sites that I watch closely are quite predictable with traffic, however the numbers vary depending on days (consistently the same days). My mainstream stuff is lower on weekends than weekdays and always has been. |
