Fizzgig 01-25-2008 12:28 AM

Is it starring Stallone? I'd think his muscles have wrinkles by now.

Ivan Fuckalot 01-25-2008 12:30 AM

Rambo is kgb ... looks like

MetaMan 01-25-2008 12:31 AM

Than Sly is kgb as Rambo ... also, I feel that Rambo has a small dick as Sly :error

The Demon 01-25-2008 01:13 AM

Just came back from the midnight showing so thought I'd add my two cents. The only real gripe I had with this movie was that it was too short. For all of you philosophy majors, this isn't the movie for you. It's not an epic, it's not a coming of age. It's a good old fashioned Rambo movie. I think the # of deaths caused by Rambo in this movie rivals any small war. The action was intense and on a scale of 1-10 in terms of quality of killing, it was an 11. I liked it and I recommend it.

MetaMan 01-25-2008 01:16 AM

sweeeeeeeeeet excited to hear that, i love how these days you have to include for people who expect Lord Of The Rings when they go to an action movie that its not gonna be it. :1orglaugh

so basically a good ole fashioned shoot em up blow em up?

cant wait to see it.

Jimmy Rock 01-25-2008 01:33 AM

I'm gonna sneak in my Rambo survival knife and cut anyone that thinks Rambo can't act! Then i'll take my explosive tipped arrows and blow shit up!

martinsc 01-25-2008 02:05 AM

can't wait to see it...

Some Guy 01-25-2008 02:13 AM

It looks fucking awesome. A good "kill everybody in sight" movie has been long overdue. Plus I've always really like Stallone. Say what you want about the guy, but he's a decent storyteller. "Rocky" is still one of the best movies ever.

The Demon 01-25-2008 08:02 AM

Stallone is not a decent storyteller, he's a GREAT storyteller and a very good director. He's not the best but he certainly is up there and even at 60 he's a damn beast.

Danny B 01-25-2008 08:04 AM

Hell no. I gave him his last chance with Rocky Balboa. He disappointed me.

Damn, is he really 60? Can't imagine him doing everything physically required to make this movie at that age, amazing.

The Demon 01-25-2008 08:40 AM

He disappointed you with the last Rocky? You mean the Rocky that got incredible ratings? The Rocky that is comparable to Rocky 1? You must have some shitty tase in movies.

Vendzilla 01-25-2008 08:55 AM

Gawd, you guys think your life is over when you hit 40? It ain't!

pornask 01-25-2008 09:02 AM

You need to see "shoot em up" then. More death in the first ten minutes than every other movie this year put together.

SykkBoy 01-25-2008 09:36 AM

hell yeah

Very good to hear! Even though he is older now, I still think he delivers a quality movie. We might be going this weekend.

royaljelly2 01-25-2008 09:43 AM

i dont understand. its a remake???

Paco, of Large Cash. 01-25-2008 10:34 AM

[vomiting]

Holy, fuck! How can any person support that asshole?? He's a bum!!

- he fires staff (servants) whom make eye contact with him!
- he is an idiot juice monkey!
- the boxing gloves he wore in all the Rocky movies can act better than him.

So, tell me, whens the next JeanClaudeVanDildo flick going to be dropped?

Let me finish by saying ... ADRIAN!!

Joe BrainCash 01-25-2008 10:48 AM

pfft Stallone could never be considered a tough guy...not compared

Joe BrainCash 01-25-2008 10:52 AM

Let me add something...When Stallone went Missing in Action, they sent Chuck to save his sorry ass, and they made 3 movies out of that...That's acting!

Andy Servers4Less 01-25-2008 11:03 AM

Yeah I gotta see this.Even though I got suckered into Rocky 6 which DID suck. Ill give Rambo another shot.

Horny Dude 01-25-2008 11:05 AM

Going tonight! GF dragged me to that fucking movie 'Atonement' so tonight is my pick and Rambo is looking like a bad ass movie!

There is no chin behind Chuck Norris' beard. There is only another fist!

V_RocKs 01-25-2008 11:43 AM

Wuh'd that ounce ever do to you? Why should it suffer at the hands/mind of some fool whom decided the HollyWoodWOP is worth wasting time & money on!

Better yet, smoke the cheeba while deciding on another flick!

P.S. ""Movies"" as such merely prove that females are right when thinking guys will watch any kinda stupid shit!

Dude I wouldn't watch this movie if you paid me to.

Brother Bilo 01-25-2008 01:23 PM

I can't wait to see it. I'm pretty sure you can't even call yourself a man if you don't enjoy a straight up action movie that doesn't waste any time trying to establish any kind of real story. Just set it up, and start wasting fools.

And who would you want to see?

Some of the douchebag modern actors with tanned asses from solariums?

Good old school..

I actually just bought me a massive collection of Stallone / Schwarzenegger / even Seagal (his first cult movies before he got green / fat and super low budget) classics

What's interesting is that even you see that through eyes of a nostalgy - even after all those years you can still watch that and it's way less silly then what I have seen in the action genre recently

The Demon 01-25-2008 03:45 PM

Hmm. I can tell why some of you are considered stupid..

Zango 01-25-2008 04:06 PM

Saw a sneak peek over a week ago. Worth seeing, I was impressed.

If you watch the dvd special features on Rocky Balboa - you'd see the amount of work he put in for the final flick. The disciplined training regiment he put himself through would kill the average schmo.

The Demon 01-25-2008 09:11 PM

Yes I know man, he is very built and he does his own stunts and workouts. He is an exceptional and dedicated director and actor.
