it's already boiled so I just slice it up, throw it on the flat grill with a piece of butter, add a bit of slat, open a beer -> yummy!

It is very tasty pickled. Hmmm I like all types of crazy guts liver, kidneys, chitterlings, sweet bread, blood sausage, etc. They are typical for any bbq here. Yummi! Man, you made me hungry!

my mom actually has a recipe for beef tongue, but i've never had it.

I've had tongue before - its pretty good. In fact I didn't realize what it was when I ate it, only afterwards. It kind of grossed me out after the fact but while I was eating it = quite tasty :)

My family loves that shit...they also eat cow brain...

I tried cooking it before but it didn't come out right. Very tough, not sure what I did wrong because it's normally very soft when I get it at Mexican places.
